party… and come hungry!
Mary “Shorty” Jones and Deborah “Little” have barbecue in their blood. When they were little girls, they stood on milk crates to look over the pit at the very first Jones Bar-B-Q. For them, it’s always been about family, their family and the family they’ve made from their community. They have made some changes over the years, from putting their own spin on the sauce to sprucing up their stand, but they are proud that their family’s legacy lives on in the sausages, ribs and sides they serve to the sauces they now sell around the world. As our daddy always said, “You can’t drink Bud one week and go to Coors the next. You pick it and stick with it.” We’ve stuck with our father’s vision, poured love into our food and are lucky to be serving many of the same customers that we started with more than 40 years ago."
Restaurant is open from 10:45am to 3:00pm or sellout
Tuesday through Saturday each week.
